A tamale is a traditional dish made of masa, which is steamed or boiled in a leaf wrapper. The wrapping is discarded before eating as demonstrated on the right picture. A Tamale is delicious but, very diffcult to make. It seems simple,but in reality is not. A person that comes from mexico may find it easy to make Tamales due to the fact they may have spent most of their life period cooking tamales and are more familar with. Just, imagen the fact the it may take at least a day to prepare the masa and fill in the Tamale with pork,chicken,beans,green pepper,etc. And the next day they would get wrapped with corn husks, banana leaves, or corn leaves that then would be boiled/steamed to be cooked.
Chiles Rellenos is another very poplular mexican dish that is used a lot. Chile Relleno is a chili pepper and jalapano that is stuffed first with any cheese you'd like or add meat/beaf/chicken as well but mainly used with only cheese and roasted with flower and egg around to get fried. There are some Chile ellenos that are are dipped in tomato sauce that gives it another delicous taste. This dish is not so difficult to make.
Enchiladas is one of the most tasty dishes in Mexico with a very spices flavor. There is Enchiladas verdes (green) and rojas (red) both are very spicy.Enchiladas are tortillas rolled with a stuffing of chicken and then fried. After, being fried the rolls are dipped in the green sauce or red sauce and placed on the plate and adding a decoration of some lettuce,tomato,sour cream,and cheese. theres people that may add more decoration to the dish to make the dish look creative.
